Contract Terms

The Talent Tech 4.0 platform was launched to empower employees to take greater ownership in their skills and career development. Powered by AI and machine learning, the platform provides recommendations for staff based on their learning and development aspirations. To build connections and harness diversity across the organisation, the system facilitates mini projects and enables talents to seek out mentors to catalyse their learning and development.

The Terms do not form part of any contract for services or carriage with PSA.

We assert ownership over all content in our website and over our trade or service marks, patents, database rights, product names or design rights, trade secrets, domain names, logos, branding and confidential information, whether registered or unregistered, including the PSA logo and its variants (“PSA Brand”).

No part of our website, PSA Brand or our intellectual property may be reproduced or used without our permission.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The law applicable to the Terms is the law of the Republic of Singapore. The courts of the Republic of Singapores hall have exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute.
